Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate, reporting to Sales Director, will have excellent communication skills (both verbal, and written), strong work ethic, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting potential customers via phone and email to introduce our products and services.
  • Generating interest and setting up appointments for our North American sales representatives.
  • Maintaining a detailed and organized database of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Meeting or exceeding set targets and performance metrics.
  • Uploading and updating the CRM tools as needed.

Working with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.

  • 2+ years of Sales or related role experience.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Our Recruitment Process

  • Video Interview
  • 20-minute take-home skills test
  • 30-minute Call with the Recruiter (project, benefits, etc.)
  • Interviews directly with the client (depending on the project the # of interviews may vary, this may include an assessment)
  • Final Offer
  • Work Remote Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
  • Vacation: 10 business days a year
  • Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
  • Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Zipdev Day)
