JOB SUMMARY:
Trace3 is seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Help Desk Intern to join our Operations Center Team. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer service. The ideal candidate will assist with resolving technical issues, managing support tickets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a paid summer internship beginning in May and ending mid-August.
U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions at Zivaro due to security clearance requirements for government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
