Senior Mobile Developer (Flutter)

Location: Budapest, XI. (On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays)

Why we're hiring for this role: As our team expands, we’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to help elevate our mobile application offering. You’ll bring technical expertise, fresh perspectives, and a passion for mobile innovation, contributing to a product that redefines productivity and efficiency for businesses.

• Architect, develop, and optimize high-performance mobile applications using Flutter 
• Integrate the latest AI models into customer-facing features at scale
• Solve complex technical challenges and translate them into seamless user experiences 
• Leverage expertise in Flutter and Dart alongside backend integrations (REST APIs, Firebase) 
• Work in an agile development environment, focusing on structured code, testing, and CI/CD 
• Contribute to technical decisions that shape the evolution of our mobile architecture
• Integrating the latest AI models into customer facing features and workflows at scale
• Solving complex problems and transform them into business solutions
• Working on various customer-facing features and deeply technical projects that will both contribute to our long-term success
• Working in an agile environment with a strong focus on well-structured code, testing, and continuous integration
• Working closely with key stakeholders such as Product Managers, UX Designers, QA and other development team members
• Taking part in all stages of development: investigate product increments’ technical feasibility and suggest implementation options and follow development lifecycle until releasing

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development, including 2+ years of hands-on Flutter experience
• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter frameworks, and state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party integrations
• Solid understanding of cloud computing, especially AWS
• Capability to analyze and improve existing codebases, ensuring efficiency and scalability
• Passion for writing well-structured, maintainable code with a focus on quality
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to proactively identify and resolve issues 
• Experience with CI/CD tools, automated testing, and deployment strategies
• A keen interest in AI-driven solutions and staying ahead of industry trends
• Strong English and Hungarian communication skills
