• Develop and improve machine learning models for real estate market analysis and forecasting
• Design and implement data acquisition and processing pipelines
• Create and maintain our AI assistant capabilities
• Ensure data accuracy and quality across our extensive property database
• Optimize backend architecture for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with product team to implement new features and capabilities
• Design and maintain API endpoints for data access and integration
• Implement robust testing and validation frameworks for ML models

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 5+ years experience in machine learning and data science
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
• Experience with large-scale data processing and ETL pipelines
• Proficiency in database design and optimization
• Experience with API design and implementation
• Strong background in statistics and experimental design

• Experience with real estate data or market analysis
• Knowledge of time series forecasting and geospatial analysis
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Background in natural language processing for AI assistants
• Contributions to open-source projects or research publications
