Software Development in Test Intern

Zoox is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) intern to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will develop and enhance tools and frameworks to support automated testing and integration across Zoox’s Product Software ecosystem. You will focus on creating efficient, scalable solutions for continuous testing and quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building robust automation frameworks in a fast-paced environment working on cutting-edge technology.

• Working towards a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar discipline
• Proficiency with Python
• Familiar with Object Oriented Programming
• Experience with source control (Git/GitHub)

• Experience with C++ and/or Typescript
• Experience with Bazel

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is $6,500 to $9,500. Compensation will vary based on role, degree level and type, and benefits will be offered based on eligibility. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, 401k, and a housing stipend.
