We're looking for an experienced Technical Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Success, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating across internal and customer-facing teams to drive product adoption and deliver value
  • Building and nurturing strategic relationships with customer stakeholders, driving value realization and solution optimization
  • Providing technical guidance and best practices for product use, migration, and expansion, ensuring optimal outcomes
  • Proactively aligning customer objectives with Zscaler’s solutions, offering tailored recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Managing and coordinating customer escalations, such as performance issues or security concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in in Cloud Services, Networking, Security Solutions and customer-facing roles (e.g., Solution Delivery/Engineering, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management)
  • Experience in Networking Security, including secure connectivity (e.g., SD-WAN, VPNs), data protection (e.g., DLP, CASB), and web security (e.g., SWG, MPLS)
  • Experience troubleshooting network and performance issues using common tools (e.g., Traceroute, Wireshark, SAML)

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • Certifications from providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure, highlighting cloud infrastructure expertise and strategic guidance capabilities
  • Industry certifications such as ISC, CISSP, GIAC, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent
