Our Business Development (ZBR) team is central to how we go to market, bridging marketing and sales motions to break into key accounts across the business. Your success is critical to Zuora’s success and we invest in you accordingly.

In our dynamic, globally distributed company, this means balancing flexibility and responsibility — flexibility to live our lives to the fullest, and responsibility to each other and to our customers. For this role, we offer the flexibility to work in a hybrid model, with your week split between Tuesday & Wednesday at our Redwood City HQ and Monday, Thursday & Friday remotely or in the office its up to you!

The pay range details represent the hourly pay rate for the posted position and a variable component. For this sales development role you will be paid hourly with overtime rates available. While we share a comprehensive range, a candidate’s final hourly pay rate will fall within these guidelines and will be determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to: qualifications of the candidate, job related knowledge, prior related experience, specific and unique skills, the location of the role, internal equity and internal budget. Base pay is only one element of Zuora’s Total Rewards Package. Additional elements may also include bonus/variable compensation, equity and comprehensive benefits, more details found here.
