Zuru Tech is digitalizing the construction process of buildings all around the world. We have a multi-national team developing the world’s first digital building fabrication platform, you design, we build it!
Modena, Italy, is the Software Development HQ. Here we develop Zuru Home app, a BIM (Building Information Modelling) software meant for the general public, architects and engineers, created to design, buy and send to manufacturing any type of building with complete design freedom.

Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for performing first and second-level Helpdesk activities, providing technical support to resolve user issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. You will manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate with the IT team to diagnose and troubleshoot more complex issues, contributing to the continuous enhancement of support processes. By providing suggestions and constructive feedback, you will also play an active role in improving internal workflows and optimizing service efficiency.
PLACE OF WORK: Milan
