The Accounting Assistant provides support for the accounting department. The duties of the job include keying invoices, paying bills, filing, and basic clerical duties.  
 
Job Description: 

Below is a list of tasks the Accounts Payable Assistant is required to facilitate.   

·         Providing support to the accounting department 

·         Keying payables 

·         Completing basic clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, skills, copying/scanning documents 

·         Any other additional duties set forth by Supervisor 

Qualifications:

·         Must take initiative, be self-directed, and have good time management skills. 

·         Must be organized and detail orientated. 

·         Must possess strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. (Excel knowledge helpful)  

·         Must also pass an in-depth credit and background check and drug screen. Also, must have reliable transportation.
