General Responsibilities: 

Assisting the Accounts Receivable Lead in the transactional areas of accounts receivable.

Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual.

Specific Responsibilities:  

• Reviewing and completing the invoice checklist including customer name/ID, quantity, item number and unit price.
• Navigating Salesforce to find the customer’s contracts/agreements.
• Researching and documenting the findings if there are any discrepancies.
• Working with related departments to solve the discrepancies if any.
• Assisting AR team on AR collections

Educational Requirements:

• AA degrees in Business Majors, preferably accounting major

Expertise:

• Basic organizational skills, attention to detail and a fast worker
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to interact with employees in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division quickly and accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills

Medical device industry experience is strongly preferred

Salary range:  $50,000- $77,000. The compensation range for this position is specific to the location and is in good faith what SI-BONE expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
