RevOps Specialist

As we continue to expand and optimize our go-to-market (GTM) strategies, we are seeking a RevOps Specialist to focus primarily on HubSpot and related data optimization. This role is pivotal in supporting the GTM, sales enablement teams, and driving better insights across the organization. 

The RevOps Specialist will be working closely with internal stakeholders, leveraging data and automation tools to continuously improve processes, reporting, and strategic insights. This role is primarily focused on HubSpot but also extends to other tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Monday.com. 

 

As the RevOps Specialist, your primary mission is to support the GTM and sales enablement teams by improving data quality, optimizing automation workflows, and creating actionable insights. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration across platforms, with a heavy focus on HubSpot, as well as maintaining data hygiene and supporting reporting/dashboarding needs across the business. 

You will collaborate with different internal teams to enhance efficiencies, automate key workflows, and build strategic reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making. The role also requires you to manage and improve internal processes and ensure data accuracy, all while working with a mindset of continuous improvement and optimization. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

1) HubSpot Management: 

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data hygiene, user adoption, and ongoing improvements to workflows and automations. 
  • Ensure the effective implementation of HubSpot features, integrations, and best practices, and provide training and support to users across the company. 
  • Coordinate the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HubSpot, including pipeline management, custom properties, reporting, and workflows. 

2) Data Quality & Automation: 

  • Improve overall data quality, ensuring that HubSpot and other data sources are integrated seamlessly and that data is accurate and consistent. 
  • Implement and manage automation workflows within HubSpot to support marketing, sales, and operational processes, reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency. 
  • Continuously monitor and optimize workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation. 

3) Sales Enablement & GTM Support: 

  • Provide reporting and dashboarding support for GTM and sales enablement teams, creating strategic insights for better decision-making. 
  • Design and manage automated reports in HubSpot and Power BI, presenting KPIs and metrics that will shape market approaches. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping them leverage HubSpot for operational improvements, sales forecasting, and performance analysis. 

4) Platform Integration & Tool Leverage: 

  • Leverage integrations between HubSpot and other tools used in the organization (e.g., Power BI, Monday.com, Excel) to create a connected ecosystem for seamless data flow. 
  • Explore and implement new tools and integrations that can further enhance the organization’s operational efficiency and GTM effectiveness. 

5) Process Optimization & Cross-Departmental Support: 

  • Identify and drive cross-functional process improvements, with a focus on enhancing efficiencies across the organization and aligning teams towards common objectives. 
  • Provide ongoing support across departments to ensure they can fully utilize HubSpot, Power BI, and other systems, fostering collaboration between teams like marketing, sales, and operations. 
  • Ensure that all internal stakeholders are trained and equipped to use HubSpot efficiently, while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and system reliability. 

We are looking for someone with a strong background in RevOps within a SaaS environment, who can drive improvements in HubSpot, sales processes, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the SaaS business model and the challenges associated with it. They should be proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset and an ability to identify transversal opportunities for optimization. 

What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

1) Experience: 

  • 3-5 years of experience working in a RevOps or Platform/System Specialist role, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM. Experience in a SaaS business is highly preferred. 
  • Experience in data management, sales enablement, and working with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. 

2) Skills: 

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages such as French, Dutch, or Spanish are a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM management, workflows, reporting, and integrations. 
  • Strong experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP). 
  • Automation tools knowledge and experience in creating and optimizing automation workflows within HubSpot and other platforms. 
  • Knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, marketing automation, and sales KPIs. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and reports. 
  • Experience with Monday.com, or similar tools is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (e.g., MRR, ARR, churn, LTV) and how they relate to GTM and sales performance. 

3) Mindset & Approach: 

  • Proactive problem-solver with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to navigate cross-departmental interactions and ensure alignment on goals. 
  • Comfortable working with internal clients (sales, marketing, operations) and providing them with the tools, training, and support they need. 
  • A team player who is motivated by driving efficiencies and enabling others to succeed.
