Intro and job overview:

Precisely is seeking a student interested in pursuing a future career in sales, who is motivated, organized, and collaborative. In this role you will spend 10 weeks learning the sales cycle by navigating through the various sales roles; from business development to account management, renewals, and customer success. You will work towards a final project as a team, where you will present what you have learned and worked on during your time as an intern.  

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is a fully remote 10-week program that begins June 9th and ends on August 15th. The Sales Intern will work closely with the Business Development & Sales teams throughout the course of their internship. 

Responsibilities and duties: 

  • Understand Precisely’s portfolio of products and services 
  • Understand Precisely’s approved sales methodology 
  • Utilize sales prospecting tools 
  • Track and update opportunity lifecycles within Precisely’s CRM 
  • Prepare for and shadow customer meetings 
  • Company research and outbound strategy planning 
  • Participate in internal team meetings 
  • Collaborate with fellow interns & present to leadership 
  • Other duties may be assigned 

Requirements and qualifications: 

  • Must be rising junior or senior undergraduate - graduating after August 2025 
  • Must be located in the United States 
  • Research skills 
  • Team collaboration 
  • Presentation skills 
  • Adaptability
