Senior Architectural Graphic Designer

700Apps is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Architectural Graphic Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual representations of architectural projects, working closely with architects and designers to bring their visions to life. You will lead the creation of graphics and digital content for presentations, marketing materials, and proposals, ensuring that they effectively communicate design concepts and project goals. Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling architectural graphics, including 3D renderings, illustrations, and presentation boards.
• Collaborate with architects and project teams to understand design intent and translate it into effective visual communication.
• Lead the production of marketing materials, proposals, and project presentations, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Conduct research and gather reference materials to inform design decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support in their professional development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in graphic design and architectural visualization.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural graphic design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D visualization tools (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in architectural graphics and visual communication.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
