VividFront is seeking an exceptional Web Designer & UI/UX Specialist to join our elite team of creative and strategic thinkers. As a Web & UX Designer at VividFront, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the digital presence, branding, and marketing campaigns of leading businesses. You will collaborate with a team of best-in-class designers, marketers, and developers to produce conversion-driven web designs and integrated creative campaigns that set new industry standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full lifecycle of digital design, from concept to execution, for premium websites, branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
• Lead design strategy for high-touch UI/UX projects that drive user engagement and revenue growth.
• Create compelling, conversion-optimized website layouts, brand identities, and digital marketing assets.
• Translate client business goals into visually stunning and strategically sound designs.
• Work in collaboration with marketing, development, and client service teams to present, refine, and execute innovative solutions.
• Ensure all creative is pixel-perfect, on-brand, and performance-driven.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of top-tier design experience in an agency or high-performing brand environment.
• A proven portfolio showcasing best-in-class digital design and UI/UX expertise.
• Experience working with Webflow and/or other design centric site builders.
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD).
• Experience with conversion-optimized web design.
• Strong problem-solving abilities—able to pivot, adapt, and drive design solutions in a fast-moving environment.
• Confidence in client-facing roles—capable of leading presentations and articulating design rationale.
• An obsessive attention to detail and high standards for visual excellence.
