We are looking for an experienced and business oriented leader to join our International Winning With Data (WWD) team as Associate Director, International Capabilities Lead to drive our commercial transformation into a data & insight driven decision-making organization. His/Her main focus will be on driving the enablement of the international capabilities at international level within the IMCO (International Marketing and Commercial Operations) organization (e.g. International Brand Teams, International MABI). This is a key role in leading and coordinating the effort to ensure a proper adoption of the international WWD strategies and portfolio in the international departments, as well as facilitating the related change management to support the commercial teams through the journey of embedding analytics into their business processes.
The selected candidate will report into the Director, Winning With Data Lead; he/she will oversee a team of contractors / external vendors geographically dispersed. This role will work closely with International Brand Teams, International CEX functions such as ACE (Advanced Customer Engagement), IMABI, BEx, Patient Engagement and BTS (Business Technology Solutions) within a program matrix as well as commercial colleagues across international, area and affiliates.
In this role, the selected candidate will bring together our commercial data assets and our people at International level (and in partnership with areas and affiliates) in a new way of working and influence the roadmap based on IMCO requirements and needs. Also, the candidate will lead a team of Data SMEs to provide business and technical expertise in Advanced/Predictive/Prescriptive analytics. Key responsibility will be to drive the strategy and execution of WWD projects for the highly visible and groundbreaking Digital Transformation and WWD initiatives; in particular the candidate will be focusing on leading the engagement of the IMCO teams and deployment of the international strategies into their ways of working.
For this role, the perfect candidate should have a mix of leadership, communication, engagement, analytical and business-oriented skills to be a trusted partner for the international management team as well as a respected “voice” to influence the international WWD pipeline. In this role you will also provide leadership to bring together our commercial data assets and our people in a new way of working model with cascading the governance and standards needed to enable a single source of truth that brings our organization's data to insights and then insights to action.
This is a high-profile role, with direct line of sight into the Marketing and Commercial Organization, working directly with international, area and affiliate leadership teams, BTS, business owners and executives. Also, key aspect of the role will be a natural and strong ability to influence others without authority in order to ensure successful adoption of the commercial data strategy and to be recognized by all the stakeholders as a trusted partner.
