Job Description
What Will You Be Doing?
- Managing overall online channels’ (wechat, Tmall, JD, DY, etc.) pricing and inventory.
- Work with planning team and online operation team to set promotion strategy for online channels to beat online sales and GM% target. Generate online pricing list based on sell through rate & platform rules.
- Monitor daily/event key categories and product performance (sales, GM%, size integrity, top sellers sell through rate) and give suggestions.
- Recap and analyze divisional/category performance and inventory status, provide CC level promotional price suggestion in a timely manner.
- Monitor online inventory status, identify risks and opportunities on each channel, allocate inventory to online channels properly based on gender/division/category/item performance.
- Provide mindsight/hindsight for product performance by channel at event/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Closely track status of new flow and ensure on-time receipts and uploading.
- Develop daily and weekly order and unit volume forecast to Logistics and retail store team, work with IT/store ops/planning team to support ‘online orders ship from store’.
- Lead site merchandising, product content and title optimization to improve site experience.
- Provide product, price and inventory suggestions for Douyin, KOL livestreaming, on figure shooting, special MKT campaigns.
- Provide key items list for paid marketing and monitor its ROI.
- Using big data, market trend and competitors’ successful practice to give suggestions on assortment, APAC or online exclusive styles.
What Do You Need To Bring?
- At least 8 years’ experience in apparel industry related areas, at least 3 years’ experience in eCom, Merchant or planning or inventory management experience is a MUST.
- Highly detailed oriented; Self-motivated and driven. Ability to work well independently and within a group setting
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical capability
- Integrity and alignment with company values
- Excellent excel skills.
- Fluent oral and written English
