Position Summary:
The Senior Director Strategy and Operations, MLR, Training is responsible for setting up and leading commercial planning, analytics, forecasting, and training initiatives that drive strategic business performance. This role will integrate data-driven insights as well as manage Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) processes, and develop comprehensive training programs to support the commercial organization's goals. The position requires developing and delivering actionable analytics, managing critical operational processes, and creating training infrastructure that enhances team capabilities and sales performance. The position will initially own all three areas of responsibility, recognizing that activities for some may not be required. Once the organization is fully staffed and operative, some responsibilities may be carried on by additional team members or transferred to peer functions.

Education/Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, operations research, mathematics, economics, business analytics); Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of industry experience, with at least 8 years in commercial analytics and 6 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech business practices and datasets.
