About the role
This is a varied role working to support the international sales team, you will work with various parts of the business including content, finance and ad-ops to ensure the smooth delivery of campaigns across multiple markets. Your responsibilities will range from helping the team to build sales collateral to reporting and tracking campaigns. The planner role is important in liaising with podcasters and publishers to ensure creative briefs are understood and delivered on time, as well as understanding new opportunities to monetize their inventory.

What’ you’ll do
• Create sales plans & proposals, responding to briefs and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Key point of contact for our podcasters both pre and during the campaignsLiaise with agencies and clients to ensure the smooth setup and running of their campaign
• Liaise with other teams across Acast to best plan for success of a campaign
• Work closely with our Campaign Manager to prepare reporting and post campaign reports
• Work closely with our Creator Network team to ensure that new podcasts and opportunities are being incorporated into proposals
• Using our CRM tool you will input sales opportunities and create sales orders to confirm campaign details with clients and agencies
• Work closely with our automation team to monitor day to day delivery of deals
Who you are
You are organized and can manage several projects simultaneously, you have a good eye for detail but also a creative streak. In this role you will be managing day to day setup and reporting but will also be involved in creating proposals for our clients so a creative element is important. Some experience of working with international buyers and understanding the complexity of multi-market advertisers would be preferred but not vital. An additional language (French, Spanish or Italian) would be useful yet not essential to the role.
This role will be perfect for a graduate looking for their first role in media industry, or someone with around 1 year experience either in media, marketing or agency side.
