Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Manager (USA) to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving group sales initiatives targeting the US market, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed group sales targets for the US market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and achieve individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the group travel and hospitality sector
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of group sales initiatives
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales performance
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to Sales Director.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our group offerings
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Luxury hospitality or travel industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in group sales
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
  • In-depth knowledge of the US travel market and group sales dynamics
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Very organized and lover of minimum details.
  • Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are preferred
  • Fluency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus
