Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a Front Desk Associate (Part-Time Weekends) to join our team at our luxury residential community, Aloft on Cortez Hill in San Diego.

 

Aloft condos are a desirable choice among San Diego residents who love the excitement of urban living but also wish to find a piece of serenity in the city. 

 

Summary:

The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for homeowners, residents, and visitors. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

 

Compensation: $18 to $20


Schedule: Saturday and Sundays 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM


What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
  • Receive, log, and distribute packages efficiently. 
  • Notify residents promptly of package arrivals. 
  • Maintain an organized and secure package storage area.  
  • Greet homeowners and residents warmly and professionally. 
  • Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries or requests. 
  • Address and resolve complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.  
  • Answer phone calls promptly and courteously. 
  • Route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. 
  • Take accurate messages when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.  
  • Maintain and update front desk records, logs, and databases. 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail. 
  • Assist with scheduling and reservations as needed. 


Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is highly desired.
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
  • Strong judgement and solutions oriented
  • Proactive customer service approach 


$18 - $20 an hour
