Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking part-time ON CALL Front Desk Associates to join our team to fill in at various luxury associations throughout San Diego County.

 

Compensation: $21 per hour


Scheduled: Varies; Must have a flexible schedule and must be willing to drive to various locations across San Diego.


On-Call Front Desk Associates have the ability to sign up for open shifts ahead of time and also might be called in for emergency situations.


What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
  • Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Complete the Daily Activity Report
  • Receive and distribute resident parcels
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents


Who You Are (Skills/Experience)
  • Qualifications / Requirements
  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 4 shifts (32 hours) per month.
  • Reliable and punctual. Must be willing to cover shifts at properties throughout San Francisco.
  • A true people-person who genuinely enjoys helping others.
  • Friendly and positive communicator.
  • Team player attitude.


$21 - $21 an hour

Flexible schedule. Choose your own hours ranging from 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 11:00 AM- 7:30 PM, 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM- 6:30 AM.
