About the Role 

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers. As the voice of the company, you will provide support, resolve issues, and create a positive experience with every interaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability and a growth mindset are key.

What You’ll Do 

In this role, your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. As the CSR, you will:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
  • Process orders, replacements, returns, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring all escalations are logged and managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (fulfillment, shipping, and marketing) to enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Maintain high product knowledge to provide accurate assistance and recommendations.
  • Monitor and respond to customer comments and direct messages on social media platforms.
  • Log all interactions in the appropriate software and maintain detailed records.
  • Assist in additional customer service and marketing tasks as assigned.

Who You Are 

You are a people-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service roles, including phone, email, and chat support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Shopify, Asana, Re:Amaze, Slack, Skubana, and Sprout Social (or a willingness to learn).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • A tech-savvy approach with a knack for learning new systems quickly.
  • A team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to contributing ideas and improvements.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with pickleball or padel and experience handling order processing and returns.
