We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers. As the voice of the company, you will provide support, resolve issues, and create a positive experience with every interaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
