Job Title: TikTok Shop & UGC/Affiliate Manager
Schedule: M-F, 9AM-6PM PST
Salary: $900-1,300/month
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee our TikTok Shop operations, UGC strategy, and affiliate partnerships. This role involves managing and optimizing our TikTok Shop, building product catalogs, coordinating with content creators and influencers, and driving sales through engaging user-generated content (UGC) and affiliate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of TikTok trends, eCommerce, and performance-driven content strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- TikTok Shop Management: Oversee and optimize our TikTok Shop to drive sales, engagement, and visibility.
- Creator & UGC Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to generate engaging and authentic content.
- Affiliate & Partnership Growth: Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to expand reach and boost sales through partnerships.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Create and manage marketing campaigns that align with TikTok’s algorithm and trends to maximize performance.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor key metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
- Collaboration with Small Agencies: If needed, coordinate with small agencies or freelancers to enhance the overall strategy and execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop and driving e-commerce success on the platform.
- Strong understanding of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, trends, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, with a track record of successful partnerships.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and oversee campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also collaborating with teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with small agencies or freelance teams for social commerce growth.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools integrated with TikTok Shop.
- Prior experience in a DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) or fast-paced e-commerce environment.

- Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro – For editing TikTok videos and optimizing UGC content.

E-commerce & Data Analytics Tools:
- Google Analytics – To analyze traffic and conversions.
