Marketing Operations Specialist

Apple Roofing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, this role is responsible for managing marketing systems, building and executing campaigns, and converting leads into actionable opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel in data-driven decision-making, have hands-on experience with HubSpot, and demonstrate a strong ability to streamline processes and drive impactful results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Reporting and Analysis: 

• Generate and manage reports on marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights. 

• Monitor key KPIs and provide recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts. 

• Marketing Systems Management: 

• Operate and maintain HubSpot to manage campaigns, workflows, and lead tracking. 

• Ensure data accuracy and integration across marketing and sales platforms. 

• Campaign Execution: 

• Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and brand standards. 

• Coordinate with the Brand Manager to ensure campaigns meet objectives and deadlines. 

• Lead Management: 

• Optimize lead conversion processes to drive qualified opportunities for the sales team. 

• Implement strategies to nurture leads and improve the customer journey. 

• Process Optimization: 

• Develop and refine workflows to improve the efficiency of marketing operations. 

• Support the marketing team in aligning tools, systems, and processes for maximum impact. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related role. 

• Proficiency in HubSpot, including campaign management, lead tracking, and workflow automation. 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

• Excellent organizational and project management skills. 

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams.
