As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute a global social media strategy that enhances ActiveCampaign’s brand awareness, builds strong brand affinity, deepens our audience engagement, and drives business growth across key regions. Your work will be instrumental in shaping how ActiveCampaign is perceived in the market, fostering meaningful connections with our community, and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape.
ActiveCampaign’s product portfolio includes solutions like ActiveCampaign (marketing automation & CRM), Postmark (transactional email), and ACHQ (franchise marketing automation), each requiring tailored messaging and content strategies to engage diverse audiences effectively.
This role will focus on channel strategies, audience engagement, GTM execution, and localized approaches for international markets, ensuring that each product and audience segment is reached with the right message at the right time. You’ll create compelling, platform-specific content in partnership with the creative team, optimize social strategies to align with business objectives and manage social community interactions. Through a mix of organic and paid social efforts, you will cultivate an engaged brand following, amplify our thought leadership, and drive deeper emotional connections with our audiences.
