We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a strategic yet hands-on role. You’ll take ownership of our marketing efforts, ensuring they align with our business objectives and contribute to our growth.
You’ll oversee campaign execution, lead generation, and marketing automation while working closely with sales and business development teams to drive results.
More specifically, you will:
🎯 Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business goals.
📊 Track and analyze marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
🚀 Lead inbound marketing strategies to increase traffic to Donorly's website to generate high-quality MQL's and optimize the website to convert MQL's into SQL's.
📩Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, event promotions, lead magnets, and nurture campaigns and optimize for conversion..
📆 Manage virtual event planning and execution.
🌍 Lead SEO strategy, content strategy, and manage all social media platforms.
📢 Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
🔧 Maintain and optimize CRM tools like HubSpot for lead management.
You’re a proactive and results-driven marketer who thrives on strategy and execution.
You enjoy working with teams, leading projects, and analyzing performance data to refine your approach.
You bring creativity, innovation, and a strong problem-solving mindset to every challenge.
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with a requirement of at least a 4-hour overlap with 9 AM - 5 PM EST working hours.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and lead generation
✅ Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Advanced proficiency with marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
✅ Strong background in multi-channel marketing (email, events, social media, content)
✅ Expertise in lead generation and marketing automation
✅ Ability to integrate marketing with sales processes for seamless lead transitions
✅ Strong analytical skills to assess marketing KPIs and optimize campaigns
✅ Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

What’s in it for you?
💰 Salary - $3,000 - $3,500 per month, depending on experience
🕒 Full-time - Fully remote
🏝️ Paid Time Off -15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 12 floating holidays.
