Job Description

In this executive leadership role, the VP, Integrated Marketing & Brand Strategy will shape Vuori's global brand narrative and drive high-level decisions that ensure the company’s continued market leadership. This role will craft compelling storytelling to position Vuori as a category leader while aligning with brand values and business objectives. The VP will lead cross-functional teams to execute multi-season strategies, driving both seasonal campaigns and long-term brand growth. With a strong understanding of consumer insights, innovation, and data-driven strategy, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and optimizing content and go-to-market strategies.  

What you'll get to do: 

  • Foster long-term innovation and steer the long-term vision for the brand’s global evolution, shaping the narrative that propels Vuori as an industry-defining leader and transforms emerging industry trends into brand differentiation. 
  • Drive executive-level collaboration with key product leaders, to evolve the brand’s aesthetic while shaping both long-term strategic priorities and immediate market activation plans to achieve global growth target. 
  • Orchestrate high-level global brand storytelling and value propositions that cement Vuori as a category disruptor, setting industry standards and shaping consumer perceptions across markets 
  • Own and evolve the overarching global communications strategy, driving consistency, alignment, and integration across diverse markets and touchpoints 
  • Champion the brand’s essence, ensuring its visual identity, tone, and cultural relevance become a powerful differentiator that influences consumer behavior. 
  • Drive cross-functional strategy development for multi-season product, brand, and omnichannel activation. 
  • Partner with Brand Activation, Channel Marketing, and eCommerce teams to bring seasonal strategy to life across channels, delivering both brand & commercial expectations.   
  • Drive the evolution of go-to-market strategies, (from brief to creative concept to asset delivery), while ensuring continuous process improvement each season. 
  • Utilize consumer insights to drive global brand strategy and evolution, leveraging full-funnel insights that inform creative development, strategic direction and communication strategies. 
  • Define and implement content standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and relevance across all customer touchpoints. 
  • Inspire a data-driven culture, guiding cross-functional teams with advanced analytics to optimize brand strategies, elevate performance metrics, and drive sustainable business growth 
  • Lead and mentor a team of product and brand marketing experts to produce authentic content that resonates with Vuori's target audience and strengthens brand loyalty. 

Qualifications

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.   
  • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in brand strategy or integrated marketing, with at least 10+ years in a leadership role.   
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive measurable results.   
  • Demonstrated success in developing innovative marketing campaigns and activations that capture consumer attention and drive engagement.   
  • Strong leadership and leadership skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.   
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.   
  • Deep understanding of current trends, best practices, and technologies in product marketing, brand activation, social media.

The salary range for this role is $270,000 per year - $300,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
