Develop and execute a cohesive brand, motorsports, community and product experience schedule that aligns with global strategy and regional business plans, ensuring consistent and impactful activations across markets and target group segments
Demonstrate centre of competence by supporting the regional importers and dealers in the implementation and delivery of local events, ensuring maximum output in line with brand, marketing and business objectives
Partner with key internal teams, such as Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Customer Experience and PR to redefine how customers engage with and experience Porsche as modern luxury brand
Appoint and handle external vendors to execute activations to the highest quality standards and to ensure seamless integration with overall brand strategy
Coordinate vehicle logistics and provision of technical support from load-in through to load-out as required
Oversee budget management and resource allocation to activate on the experience strategy plan effectively, manage event trackers and reports against set KPIs, and facilitate continuous improvement
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications or related disciplines
Minimum 3+ years relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business area
Well established project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Highly motivated team player, a people person, and able to communicate clearly and persuasively
Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel as needed within the Asia Pacific region
Experience in the luxury segment, the automotive or motorsport sector is advantageous
