We are seeking a dynamic Country Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and brand growth in Japan, focusing on acquiring new users, increasing engagement, and organizing key events. This individual will be responsible for localizing global strategies and executing campaigns that resonate with the Japanese market.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Acquisition: Develop and execute digital (online) and offline campaigns to drive new user acquisition for OSL. Optimize campaigns through performance analysis and user insights.
• Event Management: Plan and execute local events to engage the community and increase brand visibility. Represent OSL at industry events, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Raise Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase OSL’s brand visibility in Japan. Utilize community channels, media outlets, and influencer partnerships to amplify OSL’s presence in the local market.
• Market Localization: Adapt global marketing strategies to meet local market needs and cultural nuances. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Provide regular performance reports and insights.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Japanese (both spoken and written) is essential.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, in fintech, technology, or cryptocurrency.
• Proven track record in user acquisition, digital marketing, and event management.
• Strong knowledge of the Japanese market, consumer behavior, and local trends in digital assets.
• English or Chinese proficiency is a plus but not required.
