Digital Marketing & Creative Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join our team. This individual will drive all in-house digital marketing initiatives and ensure seamless coordination with external partners for production, editing and other creative needs. The ideal candidate should bring a proven track record in social media management, creative direction, and experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

·         Social Media Management
Continuously update and monitor social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) for all εστίαση (food & beverage) brands, develop engaging content plans, launch promotional campaigns, and track performance metrics for regular reporting to senior management.

·         Creative Direction & Content Creation
Lead the ideation, design, and production of creative assets (visuals, videos, blog posts, etc.) in line with each brand’s identity, and coordinate compelling storytelling approaches that match the brand’s tone and target audience.

·         Website & Digital Presence Management
Oversee website design, updates, and optimization to ensure a great user experience, implement SEO best practices, and collaborate with web developers/designers to maintain quality and consistency.

·         Promotions & Campaign Management
Conceptualize, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns that launch on time and maintain consistent brand messaging, while managing cross-channel promotions to support overall marketing objectives.

·         Collaboration & Coordination
Liaise with external production and post-production partners (e.g., videographers, μοντάζ specialists) to secure high-quality deliverables, and work closely with internal departments (Sales, Operations) to align marketing efforts with business goals.

·         Performance Tracking & Reporting
Set and measure KPIs for digital marketing initiatives, analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, and present findings and recommendations to management for ongoing improvement.

·   A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, plus 3+ years in a digital marketing role—preferably agency-based (e.g., as an Account Manager).

·   Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer), familiarity with website CMS (WordPress, Squarespace), and experience using digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics). Knowledge of video editing coordination and μοντάζ processes is a plus.
·   Strong understanding of branding principles and visual communication; basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is considered an asset.
·   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Must be able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·   Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written) is required.
