La Fosse Academy is looking to hire a Senior Community Manager to oversee flagship events, strategic programming, and the optimisation of experiences for associates, consultants, and internal networks. This role is designed to ensure seamless end-to-end processes for the delivery of events, optimising internal and external communications, and ensuring continuous improvement across the associate and consultant lifecycle.
The role will focus on high-level strategy and optimisation but with some operational involvement. The ideal candidate will be an advisor and influencer, ensuring the smooth management of multiple projects, whilst also handling the complexities of internal platforms, experience optimisation, and managing employee engagement strategies. The role will also focus on strengthening internal and external relationships, with an eye toward further development in hackathons, partnership events, and client-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Event and Strategic Programming:
- Design, plan, and execute flagship events for associates, consultants, and the La Fosse Network.
- Strategise and advise on content and structure for employee panels, community platforms (for associates and consultants), and external partnerships.
- Work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to develop event strategies for future ambitions, including hackathons and client partnership events.
Experience Optimisation:
- Lead and optimise the end-to-end experience for associates, consultants, and FOF (Friends of La Fosse).
- Improve internal processes, ways of working, and communication strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
Community Platform and Panel Management:
- Oversee the associate and consultant community platforms, developing long-term strategies for engagement and growth, including scoping of more impactful tools, and project managing migration if needed.
- Manage and deliver employee panel strategy and ensure content aligns with the company’s objectives and community needs.
- Daily communications (messages, posts, reminders, etc.) for associates, consultants, and external networks.
- Scheduling and admin support for programming and events.
Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and optimal management of ongoing projects.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, potential partners, and key industry contacts.
Leadership and Mentorship:
- Work closely with the internal team to provide strategic advice and mentorship on key operational processes, including event programming, external communications, and community engagement.
- Ensure delivery teams are empowered and equipped with the resources they need to drive success..
- Strong event programming and community platform management experience.
- Experience in strategic advisory roles, specifically in employee engagement or community management.
- Background in optimising and automating internal processes to improve efficiency.
- Proven ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with an eye for innovation and improvement.
