As a Campaign Manager, you’ll work closely with our clients and internal teams to build and execute innovative and effective campaigns. From platform setup to ongoing optimization, you’ll help brands deliver outstanding experiences for their communities while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Your Responsabilities

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll guide clients through every stage of their campaigns, from onboarding to execution, ensuring their success and providing valuable insights and recommendations along the way.

Client Needs Management

  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Community CSM (Customer Success Manager) teams to understand and address client needs.
  • Build a trusted relationship with your clients, maintaining high satisfaction levels through regular interactions such as monthly calls and quarterly business reviews.

Onboarding Phase

  • Platform Creation:
    • Work with the CSM to identify the client’s needs and lead the creation of their platform, with support from the technical factory team.
    • Design the platform’s architecture to align with client objectives.
  • Gamification Setup: Create engaging gamification elements like missions, badges, statuses, and contests to enhance user engagement.
  • Client Training: Train clients on how to use tools effectively to manage and optimize their campaigns.

Run Phase

  • Campaign Management:
    • Oversee client campaigns, ensuring success and proposing improvements when needed.
    • Handle campaign setup, including the creation of missions, statuses, product testing, contests, and surveys.
    • Monitor ongoing campaigns by validating missions, updating roles, and managing product tests and contests.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare detailed reports to track campaign performance.
    • Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.

Other Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and tools to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Prioritize client requests based on urgency and importance.
  • Collaborate closely with other Skeepers teams, including CSM, Product, and Care, to deliver seamless service and support.

  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to shared goals.
  • Educational Background and Experience:
    • A degree in Communication or a related field.
    • A first professional experience in a similar role.
