Your role :

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to our prospects and customers, supporting the Sales team by identifying business challenges, delivering high-impact product demonstrations, and driving engagement for Skeepers’ Feedback Management and Ratings & Reviews solutions. 

Your expertise will be critical in showcasing the value of our SaaS solutions, crafting tailored pre-sales strategies, and ensuring the successful adoption of our technology by leading brands. 

💡Your responsibilities :

Solution consulting & product expertise 

  • Develop a deep understanding of Skeepers' SaaS solutions and how they help brands leverage consumer insights and data-driven engagement. 
  • Act as a trusted Pre-Sales consultant, advising prospects and customers on platform architecture, technical feasibility, and business value. 
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to position Skeepers as a leader in customer feedback and review management. 

Sales enablement & customer engagement 

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales teams to identify key business needs and challenges of prospects. 
  • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations, highlighting ROI and business impact. 
  • Apply innovative storytelling and demo techniques to create an engaging and memorable customer experience. 
  • Support Sales in technical discussions, proof of concept (POC) creation, and customer journey mapping. 

Bid & proposal management 

  • Lead the response to RFPs and RFIs, collaborating with internal teams to create winning proposals that align with client requirements. 
  • Ensure a structured and strategic approach to proposal management, clearly articulating the value proposition of our solutions. 

Collaboration & continuous improvement 

  • Work closely with the Product, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of Skeepers’ solutions. 
  • Provide customer feedback to the Product team to drive continuous improvements and innovation. 
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and help optimize Pre-Sales best practices. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management within a SaaS, MarTech, or e-commerce environment. 
  • Strong expertise in customer engagement, product demonstrations, and consultative selling techniques. 
  • Excellent ability to translate complex SaaS solutions into clear business benefits for clients. 
  • Solid understanding of RFP processes, proof of concept (POC) development, and technical sales methodologies. 
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Passionate about e-commerce, digital transformation, and customer experience optimization. 
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian and French are a plus).
