Our reports yield comprehensive results that exhaustively search 500+ social media platforms, actionable insights organized with links to key findings, and enable data preservation compliant with rules of evidence.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales leader to spearhead the expansion of our sales efforts. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SMI Aware’s products and services and be able to effectively communicate their value proposition. This is a high-accountability role with significant financial upside based on performance, requiring a self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Sales & Business Development
Proactively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote and sell SMI Aware’s solutions, focusing on the legal community, including law firms, solo practitioners, and corporate legal departments.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and cultivating new leads.
Be a "hunter" to aggressively pursue new business opportunities and expand market share within the legal sector.
Develop customized proposals and presentations to showcase the value of SMI Aware’s products and services.
Represent SMI Aware at conferences and industry events across the United States to market and sell products.
Effectively manage the CRM platform to track and optimize client interactions, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Strategic Sales Leadership
Collaborate with the Leadership Team to define and execute sales strategies and goals.
Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and inform decision-making.
Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
Process Optimization & Collaboration
Work closely with the Analyst Manager and other leadership members to align sales efforts with operational capacity and priorities.
Partner with the Product Team to provide client feedback and communicate new features or functionality effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position SMI Aware as a market leader.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales success, ideally in a B2B or tech-enabled services environment.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building rapport and influencing decision-makers.
Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CRM platforms and the Google Suite; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Organization: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
