Scope of Work- Collaborate directly with the CEO to develop and enhance a sales methodology tailored to Kenko's products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and oversee a comprehensive top-of-the-funnel growth strategy that consistently generates high-quality sales leads for the company.
- Spearhead Account-Based Marketing initiatives and leverage inbound leads (in partnership with the marketing team) to uncover new opportunities for the sales team.
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of SDRs and AEs, fostering rapid growth in new leads and transforming them into productive, results-driven salespeople.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize sales performance.
- Manage and maintain a CRM database of leads, ensuring efficient processing, tracking, and reporting of opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Partner with sales leadership to implement and refine processes aimed at increasing efficiency and driving sales growth.
- Build and lead a high-caliber sales team, focusing on hiring, training, and equipping them with the tools necessary for success.
Requirements - Minimum of 7-10 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, results-driven mindset and a ‘let’s-get-it-done’ attitude.
- Expertise in collaborating directly with leadership, GTM, and Product teams to drive strategy and execution.
- A natural storyteller, capable of communicating the value of the product in a compelling and relatable way.
- Proven track record of identifying and coaching high-potential sales talent, turning rough diamonds into top performers.
- Extensive experience in consultative selling, particularly to business owners and managers within the SMB/Mid-market sector.
