They are a boutique digital agency, and they are seeking a powerful and dynamic Marketing Technology Analyst for their fast-growing team.

About the role:

They are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join their growing team. This role will focus on dashboard development, data integration, BI visualization, data quality assurance, and assistance in CDP integrations. You’ll be working with various data platforms and tools to help build scalable solutions that drive business insights and improve data management processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms to support business decision-making. 
  • Perform data integration tasks across multiple systems, ensuring accurate and seamless data pipelines between different sources and databases. 
  • Support data QA and conduct audits to identify and fix discrepancies in data to maintain integrity and accuracy. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and analytics, to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Help design, develop, and optimize data models to ensure scalability and performance within data warehouses. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data pipelines. 
  • Maintain and update documentation on data flows, integration processes, and dashboard reporting structures. 
  • Map data flow through the technology and tool stack to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Assist in the integration and management of Customer Data Platforms (e.g. Segment), ensuring data flows smoothly between different marketing and analytics platforms. 
  • Besides implementation, you’ll be in charge of deriving actionable insights from raw data.
    • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis and integration, or related field, with a focus on data pipelines and BI integration. 
    • Experience working with CDPs like Twilio Segment is preferred. 
    • Experience in integrating data across various martech tools and technologies such as Segment, Optimizely, and BI tools like Power BI / Google Data Studio. 
    • Strong attention to detail with experience in data QA processes, including debugging and resolving data discrepancies. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. 
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English and ample availability particularly within working hours of the North American Central Time Zone. 
    • Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions. 
    • Experience in behavioral analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4), with a strong understanding of user behavior patterns and the ability to identify trends. 
    • Proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. 
    • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) for querying, integration, and troubleshooting. 
    • Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g. ETL tools, Zapier), cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure), and data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks)

This position is open to candidates who are both based and residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
