Their database is critical for maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on companies operating in this space, and they are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support this effort. They will provide training on P&C insurance specifics. Candidates with strong database experience will excel in this role.

About the role:

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating our company database, which includes information about companies in the P&C insurance industry. You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data while performing regular updates. Training on P&C insurance terminology and specific industry knowledge will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and update data related to companies in the P&C insurance space in our internal database.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and correct data entry errors, ensuring that all information is entered correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to understand industry-specific data needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity, following company protocols.
• Use various database management tools to efficiently enter, organize, and retrieve data.
• Assist in improving and refining database processes to enhance data quality and reliability.

• Previous experience in data entry or database management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with data in the insurance industry, particularly in property and casualty (P&C), is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience working in CRM systems. 
• Ability to quickly learn new software and industry-specific terminology.

• 100% remote
• $1000 - $1300 USD Monthly

This position is open to candidates who are both based and residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
