About our client

They are a fast-growing brand dedicated to empowering women through fitness and fashion. Our client is redefining activewear, focused on empowering women who lift. Their innovative designs, including Sculptseam™ technology, emphasize comfort and support while enhancing performance. They are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Brand Marketing Manager or Brand Marketing Director to drive brand growth, deepen customer engagement, and lead impactful marketing initiatives that connect with their core audience.

Role Overview

  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and campaigns that resonate with our client’s target customer. You’ll focus on ensuring brand cohesion across channels, overseeing content creation, and building a strong brand-customer connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Execution
    • Define and implement a data-driven brand strategy that focuses on the target customer.
    • Create marketing campaigns that build brand equity and enhance measurable performance in awareness and engagement.
  • Content & Creative Oversight
    • Manage content calendars and collaborate on high-performing, on-brand assets.
    • Ensure alignment between content and brand vision, adapting based on performance insights.
  • Campaign Development & Management
    • Lead 360º marketing initiatives for key calendar moments (e.g., New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday).
    • Work with Influencer & Paid teams to integrate performance insights with branding.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Oversee key brand marketing roles (media coordinator, graphic designer, copywriter, etc.).
    • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure brand consistency and focus on the customer.
  • Market, Influencer & Consumer Insights
    • Use customer data to refine brand positioning and creative strategies.
    • Ensure brand identity evolves based on audience engagement.
  • Budget & Performance Management
    • Manage budget allocation and measure the impact of brand spending.
    • Implement a test-and-learn approach for enhancing performance.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing leadership, preferably in DTC.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and empowering individuals.

  • Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 monthly, flexible for Senior candidates.
