Role Overview:
The Account Manager will use relationship-building skills to provide exceptional service and communication to clients regarding digital marketing performance and growth strategy. This role requires expert-level knowledge of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, and social media, to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of top clients, owning relationships, overseeing performance, and delivering on growth goals.
- Hands on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, and brand strategy to optimize client campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, including keyword optimization, site structure, and performance.
- Provide proactive communication through email, calls, and meetings.
- Establish credibility with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Create call agendas, document meetings, and provide follow-ups.
- Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the agency's client list and business models.
- Implement and enhance CRM systems for lead tracking.
- Leverage email marketing and targeted advertising to maximize campaign success.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and analytics.
- Experience in account management or sales within advertising, consulting, or media.
- Expertise in paid media (Google, Meta), SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate strategies clearly and align them with client goals.
- Proven success in fast-paced environments, managing multiple accounts.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, CRM tools, and Google Ads optimization.

- USD Salary Range: $2,5k-$3,1k
- Schedule: 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm EST
- Unlimited PTO after 90 days
