POSITION TITLE: In-Service Specialist
REPORTS TO: Director of Account Relationships
LOCATION: Los Angeles – Corporate Office
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt, Part Time
SALARY: $26.00 - $29.00 Hourly Rate
PERTINENT INFORMATION:
The In-Service Specialist will support the Intake Team as a lead in representing our recuperative care program to hospitals and other referral sources through engaging presentations and educational sessions. You will build strong relationships with partners, educate them about our services, referral processes, and guest criteria, and serve as a knowledgeable advocate for our program. Additionally, you will support the intake team by assisting in evaluating potential intakes and performing other intake duties as needed. A passionate outlook in healthcare is needed. You are skilled at public speaking and thrive in collaborative environments at all levels. Assures information is gathered from hospitals and referral partners accurately and thoroughly according to established program policies and procedures. Key person to fostering a positive and collaborative partnership with our partners, providing needed information in creating solid partnerships with effective communication.
Responsibilities and Initiatives

Presentation Skills: Strong public speaking abilities with experience delivering professional presentations to diverse audiences.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to establish trust with referral sources.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, coordinate presentations, and track outreach activities effectively.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel locally to referral sites and adapt to a part-time schedule.
Professionalism: Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and dedication to representing the organization positively.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, and telephones. Work is performed for an extended period behind a computer. You will need to be able to talk or hear, in-person, over the phone, or via telecommunication without assistance. On occasion will have multiple lines ringing at the same time.
