We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to work in a hands-on-role on social media platforms for a HS brand. You’re always on the pulse of digital, social, and cultural trends for the Gen Z audience and can create content that incorporates those trends or learnings in an on-brand way. This person possesses strong creator and editing skills, with the capacity for socially native content as well; someone who is a constant source of innovation and creativity; and can stay on the pulse of what’s relevant as well as what’s happening in a competitive landscape for Gen Z, specifically. You’re both a big ideas person and highly organized. You’re eager to conceptualize new ideas, be nimble in execution, and you’re able to brainstorm so that content stays fresh, exciting, and creative. Additionally, you listen closely to the audience to see what they’re saying or asking for and can use data to tell a social story. This person will manage the day to day social channels, research influencers/ talent to be featured on the channel, oversee and handle community management across channels, create shot lists, ideate concepts, create content from existing assets, as well as be on the ground capturing social-first video, photo, and supporting content, as needed.
You’ll ideate relevant partnerships and be the eyes and ears for the community. This role is perfect for a social media savvy manager and creator who has 3-5 years of experience overseeing content creation and communities for talent, entertainment groups, or lifestyle brands.

This position has an estimated base salary range between 85,000 - 105,000
