In this role, you’ll drive strategy, build relationships, and lead high-impact marketing initiatives that accelerate growth across all channels. What You’ll Do:

Lead Campaigns: Design and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives to increase referral and partnership growth.

Optimize Marketing Tech: Oversee automation tools (like Adobe Marketo Engage), ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems.

Drive Leads: Manage the lead journey from capture to conversion, providing strategic insights to help wealth advisors close opportunities.

Analyze & Refine: Track key performance metrics, evaluate campaign success, and provide actionable data to enhance future initiatives.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with advisors, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Marketing Tech Savvy: Experience with platforms like Adobe Marketo Engage (certifications are a plus!) and CRM tools.

Content Wizardry: Strong writing and editing skills to craft messaging that resonates.

Creative Thinker: Knowledge of design tools and campaign best practices to enhance engagement.

Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operations (financial services experience is a bonus).

A passion for data-driven decisions and creative problem-solving.

A collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
