Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify target brands and key decision-makers responsible for manufacturing partnerships.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Reach out to prospects via cold emails, cold calls, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's manufacturing services.
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the business development team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach efforts, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results.
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Ability to engage and persuade prospects through cold calling and email outreach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead-tracking tools is a plus.
- Experience in the manufacturing or consumer goods industry is advantageous but not required.
