About the Role: The client is a visionary entrepreneur and leader in personal development and business mentorship, and is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to elevate his digital outreach and community engagement. This role is for someone who lives and breathes marketing automation—especially in ManyChat—and wants to use their skills to make a real impact in the lives of thousands.
As a key player on the client's growing team, you'll take ownership of building, optimizing, and scaling ManyChat automations, as well as integrating broader marketing strategies across email, SMS, and social channels. You'll help bring clarity, efficiency, and strategic automation to the customer journey from lead capture to long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize advanced flows in ManyChat (including chatbots, sequences, broadcasts, and conditional logic).
- Strategically integrate ManyChat campaigns with other marketing platforms (email, CRM, landing pages, etc.).
- Implement lead nurturing systems that guide users through various customer journeys (opt-ins, challenges, webinars, product launches, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with the client and the content team to sync automation efforts with campaign launches and brand messaging.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Analyze campaign data and user behavior to iterate and improve automation performance.
- Maintain clean backend organization for flows, tags, triggers, and conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in ManyChat (3+ years strongly preferred).
- Solid experience with marketing automation strategy and implementation across multiple channels.
- Proficient with Facebook Messenger marketing and compliant with current platform policies.
- Familiar with integrating ManyChat with tools like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Kajabi, etc.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience working directly with entrepreneurs or personal brands is a big plus.
