Key Responsibilities:

We need a strategic research specialist to elevate everything we produce. Your mission: create comprehensive intelligence briefs that transform our creative output with actionable insights.

You'll analyze successful marketing across multiple channels - identifying patterns in high-performing videos, competitor campaigns, compelling copy, and visual assets that our teams can leverage.

You'll conduct deep-dive research that uncovers what truly works in modern marketing.

Beyond simply collecting examples, you'll extract the critical patterns driving exceptional results across industries.

By analyzing high-converting messaging, ads, websites and landing pages, videos, and email campaigns, you'll provide our creative teams with both strategic frameworks and tactical inspiration - helping them understand exactly what resonates with audiences and why.


We're looking for someone with exceptional pattern recognition abilities - a researcher who combines analytical precision with creative intuition. 

You should be able to rapidly absorb information, identify meaningful connections others miss, and compile resources that directly impact our creative output. While formal qualifications are welcome, we value natural analytical talent, attention to detail, and an instinctive eye for what works best that can't be taught.

Research & Content Development

  • Study competitors and market trends to identify emerging opportunities
  • Extract actionable insights from customer reviews and feedback
  • Compile visual references and examples of effective marketing assets
  • Identify, analyze and curate high-performing visual content, including strategic scene selection for videos and imagery that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our audience
  • Create frameworks that highlight emotional benefits in our offerings
  • Craft actionable research briefs that inspire creative teams
  • Track competitor messaging effectiveness across platforms and identify successful communication patterns
  • Conduct audience segmentation analysis to uncover what resonates with different customer groups and why

Data Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, conversion rates and performance metrics to identify successful patterns
  • Spot high-performing products and clear optimization opportunities
  • Track seasonal trends and customer behavior to inform content strategy
  • Connect data insights to actionable creative strategy recommendations that bridge analytics and creative execution

Qualifications:

  • Quick-thinking researcher who can rapidly absorb and synthesize information
  • Expert at finding patterns that others miss
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently and set priorities
  • Comfortable with data analysis tools and AI research assistants (if not, we can teach)
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present findings clearly
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to understand the needs of designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver research they can actually use
