The background:
A global engineering business are looking for an experience Business Growth Specialist to take a key role in their Lead Generation function. Using your experience of B2B sales from an engineering or industrial environment you will manage and qualify inbound leads, prospect new clients and create an internal database of potential clients across Europe and the US.
The role:
· Manage and qualify inbound leads from digital marketing campaigns (paid and organic).
· Utilize HubSpot and Salesforce for tracking, qualifying, and managing leads.
· Conduct B2B prospecting, focusing on industry products.
· Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, messaging platforms and/or social media when needed.
· Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in HubSpot and Salesforce.
· Generate reports and provide insights to improve lead qualification processes to marketing teams.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads
Requirements:
· Extensive experience in prospecting B2B customers through phone calls, emails and other digital communication platforms.
· Proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead management and qualification.
· Proven experience using social selling techniques to engage and convert leads.
· Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator usage and best practices.
