Sales Support Officer

LMW is looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Support Officer to strengthen our sales team and provide exceptional support to our clients and sales personnel. The Sales Support Officer plays a key role in managing the administrative tasks associated with the sales process, enhancing customer experience, and facilitating communication between various departments within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Assist in the preparation of sales documentation, including quotes and contracts
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and track sales leads
• Prepare sales reports to monitor performance and assist with strategic planning
• Support the sales team in lead generation and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with marketing to help develop promotional materials and campaigns
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure resolution
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions

• Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
