Who You Are:

You are a passionate retail professional who will lead and develop strong retail teams that build the Curaleaf brand and drive sales. You will bring your experience in multi-unit management to motivate, navigate, and be the sounding board for Store Managers, business partners, and sales drivers. As a District Manager, you will oversee six stores in the area and will be responsible for building the retail business strategy and setting direction for the store teams

What You’ll Do:

The daily responsibilities for this role will include P&L monitoring, recording, and directing revenue and spending. This will require you to be a forward thinker by identifying opportunities for improvement in the store region; designing and implementing training, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. You must maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies. While in the field daily, you will be representing Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.

  • Achieve revenue targets by driving sales strategy and leveraging talent to provide positive financial results.
  • Lead organizational change by assessing current operational status and creating/implementing improvements to meet the needs of the business.
  • Focus on P&L by monitoring, recording, and directing revenue and spending.
  • Coach store teams to develop and maintain operational best practices in areas of inventory control, store presentation, and asset protection. 
  • Create and maintain high standards for the guest journey and train team members on how to provide the best experience for our guests.
  • Analyze and observe guest experience/feedback to create opportunities for process improvement.
  • Retain and develop top talent.
  • Provide leadership to the assigned region and mentor all store level leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the store region; designs and implements training, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze business trends across all stores within a district. 
  • Attend and participate in sales and management training meetings and events as directed by management.
  • Adhere to state regulations.
  • Have flexibility and availability regarding scheduling. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Travel Requirements: 80%
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in retail leadership.
  • You have 3+ years in multi-unit management with strong leadership skills.
  • You have proven ability to maximize sales and achieve company business objectives within the district.
  • You are a big-picture thinker with the ability to implement innovative solutions to grow revenue, motivate the team, and provide a best-in-class experience for our guests.
  • You can communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • You can manage and give and receive feedback openly.
  • You show a high level of professional maturity and emotional intelligence.
  • You can socialize and lead organizational change; Demonstrate an ability to drive individual and team accountability.
  • You can identify and develop top talent and coach underperformers.
  • You have a strong understanding of sales, marketing and supply chain management.
