Opportunity at a Glance
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Training & Development Specialist with extensive experience in training teams on advanced prospect engagement techniques to drive revenue and create value. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various prospecting models, including consultative approaches, and demonstrate expertise in pipeline management. This role is crucial in developing and delivering impactful training programs that equip enrollment staff with the skills needed to effectively manage pipelines, leverage data-driven insights, and enhance product knowledge.
As a Senior Training & Development Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design targeted learning solutions that improve prospect engagement and conversion rates. Your role will involve creating and facilitating dynamic training sessions, evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives, and continuously refining content to align with business goals. Your contributions will play a key role in empowering staff to optimize their engagement strategies, thereby supporting the organization’s growth and value creation.
Responsibilities
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $55,000.00 and $60,000.00 Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
