Responsibilities
Lead the management and coordination of daily autonomous GSE deployment operations at ATL, including setting schedules and ensuring efficient operations.
Act as the primary liaison for our customer, a U.S. legacy airline, handling all communication and updates related to the deployment, and facilitating a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Support the engineering team by ensuring availability and timely provision of essential resources such as safety drivers, vehicles, and airside access.
Manage the process of airside badging and vehicle permits, conducting meticulous follow-ups to ensure adherence to airport regulations.
Manage a team of Autonomous GSE Operators, ensuring safety driving operations are compliant with AeroVect’s safety driving protocols.
Promptly address any issues – serve as the first point of contact for deployment-related issues, identifying challenges, and coordinating efforts for swift mitigation. Proactively communicate with AeroVect leadership and customers.
Deliver comprehensive reports on deployment progress, operational issues, resolutions, and performance for both AeroVect leadership and our customer.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
Exceptional attention to detail – must be able to track and manage deployment operations, identify discrepancies, and closely monitor project status.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to effectively manage a range of tasks and responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment under pressure and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a balance of professionalism and friendliness.
Experience in managing on-the-ground operations teams in a high-stakes, safety-critical environment
Must possess a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Desired Qualifications
Previous experience with field deployment of industrial robotics or complex engineering products
Experience with managing safety protocols and regulations.
